I am also the founder of MorningStar International, Inc. a 501 C(3) youth organization located in Atlanta, GA and Detroit, MI. Providing ERP Consultant and Training Expert, System Integrator, Business Process Strategist, International Speaker, Nonprofit Executive Director, and Leadership Development Expert roles to elevate and educate my clients with solutions that will scale and promote a thriving culture to win over the competition.

Prior to becoming full-time in business, I served as a Corporate Finance Trainer and Specialist, Implementation Consultant, Project Manager, Nonprofit Executive Director, Controller and Accountant for various corporations and nonprofit organizations. During this time, I served clients with financial processes, leadership development, training, consulting, and implementation for ERP full-cycle software solutions. Within each position I held, it allowed me to create innovative and interactive business strategies and demonstrate teamwork to leverage my skills and expertise at each level. I was able to lead many projects and collaborate with clients to ensure that their needs and Go-Live deadlines were met.
